I purchased the Day and Night Serum from a TV Comerical. Went to their website to place order. The TV comerical said that you could get the Day and Night Serum for free just pay shipping of 4.95. I received the product a few days later and while still trying the product I discovered my bank account was charged an additional 99.00. I didn't authorize this transaction nor have I ordered anymore product. I called to get my 99.00 back and they are refusing to do that. While on the phone with this lady I could here other operators on the phone with customers just like me because I could them explaining the same to them as what was just explained to me. This is false advertisement and it shouldn't be allowed. This is a very sad way to make money off people.
