I ordered the free trial offer ($4.95 S&H) on February 26—received it within a few days. I called them today to cancel so I would not be charged $99.00 plus S&H, They told me—sorry, this is the 15th day—you had to call before the 14 days—I told them I didn't get to use it for 14 days—they said, "sorry, the 14 days started when you ordered. We charged your credit card today. I asked to speak to the owner, —they finally said it was Todd Black, but he doesn't take phone calls. They said he was on vacation—I called back this evening after reading all their "so called rules"—it clearly states to call Monday through Friday—so, I told him that I could not have cancelled on Saturday or Sunday—he tried to tell me a manager would have been there and they refuse to refund the money. I will tell everyone I know about this scam of a website!!!
