I purchased a living set, about a month ago I noticed the furniture, was not shiny anymore it looked old. I Paid 2,500.00 I had a man from the company come take a look at the couch and he said I must have done the damage. I have it only 10 months I am still paying for the furniture. I will send you a picture if needed.
