Ripoff

I have ordered 6 rooms of furniture on 7/11 and still haven't received all of my furniture. I have received bits and pieces of rooms. I have been promised over and over again that the furniture will be in at a certain date and then it never appears. I am at wits end as I am now eating my Thanksgiving meal on a folding table. Please help me in getting my furniture!
