HRS/USA Retail Services ripoff

Purchased furniture from Rooms To Go in living room furniture was sent back with a credit to HRS from Rooms To Go in HRS, still billing for full amount, account has been paid off, but still billing for same amount, even though I have sent payments each month the amount never goes down.
