Returned over $400.00 plus for refund on fight videos. I get the run-around when I call. That all they can do is put a message into customer service, and that they will call me. Customer service never calls. USP Postal has verified tracking and that the package was retuned. This company won't even verify that the package was received. I'm over 70 years old and I live on fixed income. So why did I order it in the first place? I didn't all I ordered was a $7.95 video. They said I pressed the wrong button. Please help.
