This incident occured 3/8.2013 was not on the option list.
It was 10am & called to schedule a cab to pick me up for 11:15am. I waited minutes before anyone even answered. When i finally get someone on the line, the person said "I'm busy", and rudely hung up before I could get a word in. I called again, the same thing happened. Tried a third time, he said "I have nothing available". I said "wait before you hang up on me again, I need a cab an hour from now", he hung up without a word. Absolutely horrible customer service, & aggravating. That is no way to treat a paying customer, and I guess they didn't want my $100 to drive me to my destination 20minutes away every Friday.
