Above company is sending out collection notices as the "Legal Successor to Hollywood Vidio". These are false claims according to the B.B.B. There is a movement to stop them but they continue to send out notices, in hopes that people will send mony rather than fight it.
The BBB-Review button will give you the details on this scam and in the last paragraph of "Additional Complaint Information" Universal Fidelity says, non-payment of these claims will not be reported to credit reporting agencies. I would recomend you talk to the BBB about these scam atrists.
