The service man Charlie talked me into getting a detailed fuel injection cleaning on my 2011 Ford Explorer. I agreed to it and later found out by my husband and his friend that that was unnecessary. My husband called Sunrise Ford and spoke to the head mechanic and the mechanic also said that was unnecessary. I called Toyota without explaining what had happened and they agreed. I have also done my research on line and read many blogs how that is unnessary.
What's more. IT'S NOT IN THE FORD HANDBOOK!
I should of read it but I was too trusting. I feel Advantage Ford took "advantage" of me because I am a women.
