There is no company address or email or phone number. Only a support icon to ask questions which are mostly dismissing any questions... Say"Read Policy"&which states nothing directly about how to be paid.
From my experience a member needs to have certain programs to use this site correctly. And need certain amount of surveys vs ebooks bought.in a certain time frame. Nothing seems credible. All my support questions answered were brief and not informative and berating, that I did not know and they could not take the time to explain all of their requirements.
After finally finding a program to see the link to request payment to PayPal. They made some excuse about my Paypal not excepting it.??? AND They discontinued my membership. Said I unsubscribed. Which I DID NOT!!!
