This is my 5th attempt!!! To get this matter taken care of:
I purchased a Windows Home Premium ActivationKey: (Personal Information Removed) in the amount of $47.99 on 12/03 VIA PAYPAL with a confirmation #: (Personal Information Removed) WHICH WAS PAID DIRECTLY TO YOU!
AS YOU WELL KNOW I've tried several attmpts to download that key code with no success. I also tried SEVERAL ATTEMPTS via email to get help from YOU, again with no success.
I have a new laptop with windows 7. I would like to have my money refunded to paypal ASAP. I'm sure you will be able to see that the activation code was never used. SO, just as you expected payment for a SO CALLED PRODUCT "KEY CODE" THAT YOU SOLD.
I expect a full refund for a so called product "key code" i never was able to download.
I would appreciate it if you would take care of this matter as soon as possible. It would be in your best interest.
