My name is Charlie. I was looking for a good strategy for playing online roulette. I saw a youtube video online published by "RouletteSoftware" at https://www.youtube.com/user/RouletteSotware. The video claimed that the software was able to "tap" into the online casinos database and accurately predict what number on the roulette wheel was going to show up next. Based on the roulette spins that were made on the video, it seemed like the software really worked, they were picking every number that was coming up next with 100% accuracy.
I decided to give it a shot and buy the software. The gave me the option of paying over $300 via paypal or do a wire transfer for $200. I took the $200 option and wired them the money so I could get access to their roulette software. I was able to download the software successfully and they gave me an activation code so I can access the software. I input the activation code several times and the software said it was invalid (wrong). I contacted support at roulette. [email protected] and they said "what is your operating system?" I said "Windows XP". Here was their response:
"You have enter the activation code in windows Xp?
Look closely at the blog or you download the software:

It is marked compatible for windows 7 and vista but not xp.
The fact that you entered the code in Windows XP has disabled all activation codes on our servers.
Because they are not compatible with Windows XP.
I forgot to remind you.
Now our Developeur software asks us 35 000 for resume services.
So we withdraw all our money in casinos.
And we still have to pay 4300 to reactivate the codes.
We are in big trouble because all of our customers complain and threaten us to complain if they are not reimbursed or if their codes are not reactivated. So if you made? A gesture for us by paying 2000 or 1500, we will be grateful.

"I dont have $2000 or $1500 for that matter. I wish I would have been told you needed Windows 7 or Vista in order to use the
software. I would like to request a refund for my money, because so far I have got nothing from you as far as a product or service."
Their reponse:
"We don't have money to refund you.
It is your fault if we are in this situation.
Please help you we will reactive all code and also your code."
