I shipped a laptop via USPS to Roberto mark and i was suppose to get paid through PayPal once i sent pay-pal the tracking number turns out i called PayPal asking where was my of 250 money the amount of 250 usd they told me it was internet fraud they never sent me those messages so when i went to shop my shipment the USPS told it was nothing i can do or they can do since it was shipped internationally to Nigeria can you guys help me second address was
