Letter reflected similarity of complaint read on line of fraud alert. (UK BONDS AND CREDITORS own 10% of the winnings because they are the company that bought your ticket and played the lottery on your behalf.) Thanks to the kind person that warned potential victims like myself I was spared any hardship. Thank you to this person and hope this helps the future researcher.
