I received an identical letter including the same ticket No, serial #, and winning lottery numbers that Barry in Pennsylvania received, stating that I had won 2.8 M in the Australian lottery. They asked me to contact Paul Watson, OSA agent. Date of winning ticket was Apr 30. James Waters, President signed the letter. The address on the top of the letter was 445 Baker Street, London, England.
I decided to check this company thru Google and the address given was entirely different than the one on the letter. Then I checked the consumer complaints, and saw the report written by Barry in Pennsylvania, and found the wording, numbers etc. Were identical to my letter. This is definitely a rip-off. They also stated they would take 10% of the winnings, and I had to answer within 21 days of the date of the letter or the winnings would be forfeited. I did not answer the letter, because I didn't want to get involved in identity theft, which is currently an international scam.
