Receive a Skype phone call from U.S. Embassy, Mexico City, Mexico D.F. About 8 am. Cst. Briefly: Your grandson has been arrested and is in holding cell. Four endividules were pulled over for a traffic stop. Found mariwana in trunk of car. Because he has a clean record the Judge will release him on $1200 bond in exchange or his testimony against other 3 that were in the car; otherwise he will be held in jail for 6 weeks pending trial date. Bond money must arrive by 11:30 this morning (his arraignment}. Send money by Western Union from Grears Food Market. (about 2 miles away) They will accept cash or debit Card only. Send to Joseph Andrew Bell "my grandson" before he sees the judge at 11:30 this morning. Send to "Joseph Andrew Bell, Mexico City, Mexico D.F."

*Note: about 9 A.M. I was able to contact this grandson He was at work in Misouri and knew nothing of a last minute trip to Mexico.
