Contacted company to relate I had ordered the wrong ink carts (package of 5) Was told to return and i would be credited with all unopened carts, total of 4 out of 5 I received. I returned to seller in same box using 2 day delivery which cost me almost $10, but it was my mistake so I expected to pay postage. Have filed complaint thru Paypal and my credit card co. No response from company.
