I recently ordered 3 bottles of Garcinia Cambogia for $19.95 each. I was to receive "2 bottles free". I was billed a total of $99.00 (I guessed I paid for my "free" bottles). I placed my order via the internet. I quickly called (3 minutes later) to cancel my order via the customer service telephone number: 855-978-6683. I was told I could not cancel my order; order was already shipped.
Orders are shipped from shipping warehouse in Utah (I later gathered). The call center is somewhere in the far east. The customer reps were very rude and stubborn. I was told I needed to wait for product, and then send it back. I was also told I will be billed $5.95 per bottle for "re-stocking fee" ~ even though the product will be unopened. I will also have to pay shipping fees, including $30.00 in re-stocking fees!!! What a great scam!!!
I cannot get the people from the call center to give me a U.S. Phone number or company address. Also, no one responded to my email complaint. Make sure you also cancel your "membership"; as you will be billed $9.95/month. This is also a hidden disclosure in the terms of agreement!!!
If anyone knows the local telephone number and company address for this company, please inform me (and others).
