I got a text message about Garcinia Cambogia and was very interested, so I went the website on my cell phone and the offer was $35.00 a bottle, so I went to order and and when I placed my order my credit card was charged for $159.00 for 5 bottles. I never got the email confirm, but since it said guaranteed I waited for the order to come. After 11-12 days I called the customer service number and it arrived in another day. I never got paperwork with the order. After about a month I called to return the remaining 4 bottles, as I had not lost 1 pound. I called the customer order # and spoke with a woman with a heavy accent who told me I couldn't return them for credit and that I would have to pay shipping & handling fee and a restocking fee of $39.95. I called my bank to make sure no recurring fees would be charged and am filing this complaint.
