Signed up for free trial, didn't order anything. Received products in mail; said to return following products or will be billed for my subscription, when I never subscribed. Returned products and called to get things straight. Said I would not be billed. Checked my account, and sure enough, billed for ACM*HYDROXATONE. THREE TIMES! One cash purchase of $69.95, another cash purchase of $1.99, and one last one that says cash purchase pending for $6.95. How ridiculous! The company is a scam! Now what steps am I supposed to take to get my money back??
