I recieved a threatening phone call saying I have been named as a respondent in a civil lawsuit, and that I needed contact them.
When I called, person on the phone was very abusive and I told him I believed this to be a scam, and he immediately hung up.
I'm an intellengent businessman with extensive litigation experience so I knew this was a scam. However, we need to put a stop to these criminals to protect our inexperienced friends and family.
