City of Hialeah water and sewer dept. Cotinues its dictatorial practices

The city of Hialeah is removing the customer's meter, although their account is current but it shows an adjustment made by the department. According to the city one of their employees stole cash from customers and adjusted their account to go unnoticed. The water department is taking everyone affected by this adjustment and requiring to talk to detectives to get your meter back. What a way to conduct an internal investigation in the department, this is an institutional problem, not of the people of Hialeah. To deprive hundreds of people of water, a basic human need, in order for them to conduct an investigation by coercing the people and punishing them is very unethical, dictatorial.
Hundreds of customers were affected like always the dictatorship of Vidal.
