They charge me $450.00 to turn on my water as a new customer. After a year of always being paid on time, they told me i will get atleast $350.00 back & it will be credited to my account. Well its been a year later & ive always paid on time and i just got a bill & when i called to ask why, they said " oh, we stoped doing that about 2 years ago". When i first turned on my water, the lady told me that i will be credited & so did the guy i spoke to a couple weeks ago. All they want is money. Where does my deposit go? They are taking advantage of people.
