I'd like to follow up on a complaint I left on 3-1-13. I've noticed that every complaint left about this company has received a response saying they provide 100% customer satisfaction. I have called the customer service phone number they provide and there is NEVER an answer as well as no reply to my email. The response they leave to the complaints sounds considerate but there is NO Intention to resolve the concerns or refund the money. My advice is to take it up with your banking institution and dispute the charges.
