Company uses hard-sell sales tactics and invalid contracts to lock you into payment for fitness services, from which you are unable to cancel or request refund for undesired, unrendered services. They print a statement that the contract cannot be cancelled and believe this to be a strong case against chargeback requests, when in fact their contract is invalid as it does not include a statement that the contract can be cancelled (with appropriate procedures) within 3 days, as required per New York's Health Club Services Act. They also use false marketing, on flyers and signs, that the cost of general membership is a low monthly fee, with no indication of additional costs, nor reference to any additional terms or fine print.
