I recently looked online for e-cigs and opened Optima-cigs page. Somehow they got my e-mail, and from that we think they hacked into my banking information. They charged my bank acct. Over $116.00 then they said they sent me the cigs and filters, which they did NOT! They not only scammed me but never even sent the product! My bank refunded the scammed money and are going to prosecute them. I turned them into the US Postal Service for mail fraud, The Federal Trade Commission for fraud and made a report to the FBI for internet fraud. Do NOT even open their website, let alone try and order anything from this ripoff company. Their address is a Suite in Florida, king of the scams state. And please, if you do get ripped off, turn them in like I did and they Will be prosecuted and shut down for the vermin that they are. My banker told me they have at least 10 claims daily just like mine and I live in a small town. Oh, when I called them after 4 times, I finally got to speak to an IDIOT and he tried to tell me I could not get my money back unless I paid the postage for the return, pretty hard to do when I never even received the product! I told what I was going to do and that I always get satisfaction. When I mentioned the FBI and the USPS, I got a bunch of e-mails telling me I was definately not going to receive any more shipments. HaHa Folks, please do NOT order from this two-bit company!
