I was infuriated when I received a re-fill for 5 weeks. Never ordered it! Don't want it! I, too, found Optima Cigs a disappointment and had no intention of re-ordering. I did not, to my knowledge, authorize a future order to replace the filters; hence, the cost was taken from the debit card I initially used to obtain the FREE trial for $4.95! I am outraged by their customer service... Which is nil. Not even a 1-800 number have I found to cancel future orders.
