I ordered the trial version of Avesil (green tea supplement) for $3.95 just for shipping on 1/22. The free trial set my up for a monthly auto-shipping program which charged me $89.95 on 2/11 and another one for $95.90 on 2/21. I did not notice anywhere that it was going to be that expensive nor the end of the trial period. We did not like this product at all. I left them a message on the phone to not charge me any fees and stop sending me the product. I Did not hear back from them and received the second bottle. When I checked my account there were 3 charges totaling $189.80. When I talked to their customer service rep Maria Alonso, she said that I've agreed to this nonsense (manipulation) and there wasn't anything she could do except cancel my future auto-orders. After I said that I was going to complain she said okay I can send the 2nd bottle back for partial credit. Today Maria said that they'll issue full credit back on the 2nd bottle $89.95. But I'm not satisfied, I would like to get credit back for all the charges except for trial bottle shipping which comes out to $185.85, because I've left them a message to cancel the orders (which they claim they did not receive it). Also the full price of $95.90 per bottle of Avesil was hidden from me and I did not notice it anywhere.
