I didn’t authorize my account to be charged for any product except the advertized first trial offer of $4.95 shipping charges. Due to an accident which occurred on 12/18. I haven’t opened the trial bottle sent me. I called and requested that they stop all future orders of product and to refund $159.98. The agent said he would only refund half of the $79.99 even though I haven't recived the 2nd bottle. I did not sign any contracts and am returning the unoppened trial bottle and the other bottle they said shipped today and contacting the BBB.
