My name is Gail (Personal Information Removed) I live in Australia. My order number is 515020 and Customer number 909242 On 03/21
I purchased Garcinia Cambogia Tablets # bottles with 2 bottles free. I paid the purchase price and the tablet arrived as promised. Now I have had taken out of my Credit Card a further $9.47 they say being a membership fee until I finish the free bottles of tablets. I have no knowledge that this was going to happen. I was told to call their phone number and cancel but I live in Australia and find this impossible. I have emailed them back and asked them to cancel and refund my money and they sent back a standard reply email telling me that they would continue to take this amount out every month until the free bottles were finished.
They said I could return the bottles of tablets but I have no intention of doing this as I don't have a complaint with the tablets.
I have not given them permission to take any further monies out of my credit card and I would like them to cancel this process and refund my money and to discard any information on my credit card
