I have two charges on my bank statement. When I called them I am unable to speak with a live person. I am able to cancel "my membership" but unable to get any monies refunded. If I have (had) a membership, where's my paperwork of my membership? I have had no mailings or notification that I am a member or applied for membership anywhere. Total fraud and criminal!!!
