Checking my May Credit Card statement, I found $19.65 payment to Slender Guide MD. I have never heard of this Website or Health assistance company, to which I do not remember signing up for it. I called them and cancelled, and was provided with a reference cancellation number. I asked Slender Guide MD operator how they have all my information without I providing it to them. She said that they do not know who or what signed up on their website with all my information. I called Bank of America my credit card company and informed them about this payment which led them to find out that there was three payment taken out since January. I really believe this is a fraud website that needs immediate investigation by the law before other folks fall in this fraudulant website.
