I transferred $1850 from First State Community Bank in Perryville, MO to the USAA bank in San Antonio, TX. The federal reserve withheld $650.00. They then put the funds back into my account on saturday, 23rd of february! But the available amount was not changed during that period! Then today they did not even know what they were doing! The available balance should have reflected the amount withheld. I could have made a disastrous error and over drawn my account! And then they got upset because i was upset because they just do not know what they are doing!
