USAA LET SOMEONE Cash Advance out of my checking account. No id?

MY Checking account was overdrawn, 2450.00$ from an individual at USAA BAnk in San Antonio. I live in Michigan. So this bank doesnt askk to see a card or Id to give out money!!! When I found this site I could not believe other people are having problems with them too!!!
A bunch of crooks!!!
