I purchased a pair of shoes from DISCOUNT SHOES OUTLET US online on February 15th. They drafted my account the very next day for $79.79. Today, two weeks later on their website, my status still says processing. I have tried contacting them several times through their "contact us" on the bottom of their webpage and have heard nothing back. One of their phone numbers is "closed for internal maintenance" and one nobody answers. I feel like I have been scammed because the money was taken out so quickly but now no one will contact me back. I am hard working mother who struggles and is always trying to find a deal. Please help me. I would love to have my shoes if that were an option. If not, I would be happy to get my money back and aware others that this website is obviously a complete SCAM. Please help!!!
