On the 1st of November I sent an email to the customer support email address advising that I wanted to cancel all further orders I received back an automated reply advising "One of our friendly product specialists will respond to your email within 1-2 business days, however, if your matter is urgent, please call us at telephone numbers listed below." I never received a call back. Prior to this I had tried to call the Australia phone number but it was disconnected
On the 2nd of January my bank account this company debited my account once again
