The piece of plastic that helps hold the hearing aide in the ear is thicker and wider than the original piece that was taken off my hearing aide. The original piece was smaller and thinner, and it stayed in my ear. The plastic piece that was replaced was not suppose to be and it's not conforming to my ear like the audiologist instructed that it would from my body heat, The hearng aid keeps falling out, The wire just sticks out straight and we cannot get it to conform to my ear.
