Warning!!! Do not use services from salon innovations located in mesa, az address 4446 east university drive, suite 109 mesa, az 85205 phone number 480.266.0116/ 480-396-3692. These people have no people skills and do not know how to do hair, like any body else you go to a salon obviously to get your hair done and pay for them to do your hair as you request but my experience in this salon was different.
I went in to get my hair done and they couldnt even do that they bleached my whole hair, my hair turned orange, they added some more stuff to try and get the orange off and they damaged my hair. They didnt dry or comb my hair, when they were finished my hair was rough, dry damaged, nappy, and not the color i had requeste., the manager vonda had the audasity to try and charge me $155 for the mess they had done and disrespected me saying she didnt care about my hair and that i still owed her $155. Although when she first had told me it was only going to be $34.99 due to their holiday special. When i took my walet out she pulled my debit card out of my walet and swiped it i got furious and went off on her then she threaten to cut my debit card with sccissors. I told her that she canot do that and that what she was doing was caught in video camera in her salon. Then she said it dosent matter i can erase it and you wont have any proof. Im the manger i can do what ever.
I just want to warn anybody who ever thinks about going to this place for anytype of hair service this is wrong what she did and i will take further action to shut down her salon
