Canjet employies left thier station early resulting in not being able to check luggage and board plane 2 persons missing flight, cost of hotels, meals, ect. Plus expences in canada from delayed return, for extra nights till next flight could be purchased. Chose to fly with west jet instead on return flight as can jet would not help us. It has been 3 weeks and still no reponse from customer service
