I ordered an item from the website on the 3rd of Jan. I was emailed on the 4th that the product was not available. I informed them i would just like the money back and not to replace with any other product. I was emailed back the same day that they would process that and it would take 10-15 days. Here i am months later, emails later... Still no refund.
