I saw this website that was suppose to be a Coach outlet. I was in the process of ordering a purse. I then put my credit card information and finished noticed the transaction was still processing. My daughter then asked me if it was a honest site. So as puzzled as I was I researched and found out about the fraud that was going on with items like Coach products from unauthorized outlets. I then sent an email to the merchant telling them to cancel the purchase. They later responded that the transaction did not go through. Well I checked my bank account and it does show an amount that I suspect was this for this cancelled purchase. I just picked up a package from USPS and it was from this company. I never ordered anything from them so I was very puzzled. It is not the item I originally ordered and it is not a true Coach product. Now I am trying to find out how to send this back and get my money back from them. What pisses me off more is I was still at the Postal Service office and explained to them that I had not ordered this product and they told me I would have to contact the company that sent the item. On the package receipt there is no address or phone number just a name. They were so rude and un-polite not to mention they were of no service. It is for this reason they are losing money why would we do business with our own postal service if they treat their customers the way they do. It is very sad...
