I have recieved cold calls from these guys claiming to represent microsoft for some time. As my pc was running very slowly i thought i might listen to them rather than hang up and not being a computer tech they make very convincing arguments as to what they can do to help you. I cancelled my card almost straight after the transaction on a gut feeling and knowing all they did was de frag my hard drive. They are still calling me wanting access and banking details and are very persistant. I have contacted microsoft and have been informed they are fraudsters and my pc will need to go to a repairer to have malware from kbk removed
