Ordered product on 12/11 was charged 4.95 that day for shipping and handling. Called several times in the next weeks to find out when it would be shipped, told it was backordered. On jan 19th i called to cancel and asked for credit on the 4.95 shipping since product had never shipped. I was told they could not do that since they had to pay warehouse immediately. Question why would you pay them when they had not done anything. On that same day in checking mail i did receive the product. I called back and told them and e-mailed them i was returning the product before the 12 day trial period was over. My account was billed 89.90 0n 1/20 which was a few days after product was shipped. So i never received the 12 day trial period. I returned the product to them on 1/23. They sent me a e-mail on 1/31 that they had received the product and a credit would be processed which could take up to one billing cycle. As of 2/23 they have not processed the credit (i have checked my account daily) i have called several times and was told they would note my account. Sent e-mail on 2/22 they have never acknowledged.
