In January I answered 5 questions about ebay on the computer, and was told I would receive one of five gifts. I choose a necklace and was told I would only have to pay the shipping which totaled $7.99. Last month I received my debit card statement and a charge of $100.00 was added to my account. February 22 they took another amount of $49.00. How do I stop this from happening again? How do I get my money back? The bank is no help.
