Several days ago I took a survey.in the solicitation it stated that I could pick from a list of three items, I selected a neckless. The solicitation said that I would be chared only $5.99 for shipping. I gave my Visa credit card number, I did receive the neckless. On 01 23 2013 my bank statement show a charge of $98.00. I did not approve this charge, only the amount of $5.99.
