I ordered a complete set of Law and Order the first part of December for $125. Oo as a gift for my parents. I got an email that they were shippped out on December 13. I was told that it would take about 5 weeks to get to me. I still do not have them. I have been in contact with Gordon Kennedy... Customer Support Manager, he said that he is so sorry. He just told me this past couple weeks that they will contact the sender and send out another one that it must have gotten lost in the mail. He asked me to allow them to make it right. I have not heard anything in awhile, so I emailed him to ask when they were mailed and when I can expect them. I got a failure to deliver my email notice. So I tried again, same thing. I then when on his web page and now it will not pull up.
