My wife took advantage of a free trial of this company's product in August. Her account was then charged $79.99 and she was sent a second bottle of product. She contacted the company and was instructed to return to product for a return of her money. This was done in September. The product was returned but there has never been a refund. My wife has contacted the company on several occassions but has only been given promises of a refund that has never come. I got involved last week. I was given a name of "Kathy" as the person I was talking with and was assured everything would be taken care of and that I would receive a call back. That has been over a week ago. Nothing has happened since. I called back today only to be told that there was no "Kathy" there. I suspect that the same person that I spoke with last was Kay today. Now she is waiting on the check number to be sent to her from the Home office. I was denied contact to the "Home Office" which I suspect is nonexistent. I have contact the BBB of Phoenix as well as filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office in Arizona. I suspect that these people are bogus and just stealing money from unsuspecting individuals who think that they are getting legetimate heath assistance. On top of all this, I suspect that this company is being operated by non-citizens of the United States who are not here legally. I intend to pursue this with Immigration Officials. Ps. When I called the company today "Kay" hung up on me. What a great Customer Service Department.
