This company claims to provide unlimited backup service, but see the email I recived from them today. They have not back up a new file in over 2 months and claimed it was a software issue. NOW THE TRUTH IS OUT!
Email I received from JustCloud putting a hold my unlimited account. I have 2.3tb currently. Adding a few gb per week.

Regrettably due to heavy use of network resources a temporary hold has been placed on your account. Although we offer unlimited backup space we cannot offer an uninterrupted service if a users upload is detrimental to other users of the service.
You may find our business plans better suit your needs, you can switch to a Home Office plan which gives you unlimited free external drives, network drives, and 1GB file upload for just $9.95/month and switching is as simple as just clicking the business link that will be inside your control panel or visiting https://my. Justcloud.com/business-compare
Our business plans do cost a little more however the server infrastructure is therefore better suited to heavy users of the service. I strongly recommend the conversion.
