I was approached by a young black male & female on a Saturday afternoon. They were selling subscriptions to raise money for some college they wish to attend. I paid them $82.00 in cash for the magazines and have not received anything as of today 2/21. On December 4, I received a bill from Millennium saying I owe another $98.00 more for the same magazines I had already paid for.
