I signed a 90 days contract with them for a bed, yesterday I went to make the last payment and they told me I still owe them $500.00 and the contract ends in October, when I told the guy that I was on the 90 day plan, he said that this is my problem because every time I make a payment I have to remind them I am paying in 90 days because they don't have the time to check what kind of plan is the customer paying and his job is only about take payments.
If they offer you a 90 days contract, they are supposed to separate the 90 days contracts from the regular ones, this guy said this is because their system store all together, it sounds like a fraud for me, Why if they are going to put you in a regular 1 year plan, still offer you a 90 days plan? Why they don't take the time to separate plans and take care of customers better? Rent a Center Why don't you raise your employees salary so they can take a couple more minutes to take a look at people's contracts and stop stealing their money?
